Home Information Packs
If you are selling a property of three or more bedrooms, from now on you will need to purchase a Home Information Pack before you can put it on the market.
A Home Information Pack contains:
- An Energy Performance Certificate which rates the energy efficiency of the property
- Other compulsory documents, such as an index of contents, a sale statement, searches and evidence of title
- Optional documents, such as the Home Condition Report
